Director of Property Management
Trish Thompson joined B3 Commercial in May 2020 with over 35 years of property management experience. She previously worked at Oak Leaf Management in Houston for over ten years. She managed a commercial portfolio of office and industrial properties with over 750,000 rentable square feet, along with the team of management professionals dedicated to taking care of various aspects of the properties.
Trish has extensive experience in commercial and multi-family property management, condominium association management, as well as property accounting.
She received her Certified Property Manager designation from IREM in 1995 and holds a Texas real estate license. She has taught property management, property software and accounting classes for Houston Community College, IREM and the Houston Apartment Association.
Property Manager
Katie Wolfe has over 18 years of commercial property experience and previously worked with JLL in Houston and Austin for 10 years. She started as an Administrator and worked her way to a Property Manager position where she managed over 1 million square feet of office and industrial properties. Katie has extensive knowledge of commercial property management and property accounting. She plans on joining BOMA Austin this year and receiving her professional designation within the next 5 years.
President – Property Management Partner
Trac serves as President of B3 Management, with responsibility for client relations and business development.
Trac is an experienced operator of commercial and office properties, having directly managed a portfolio of commercial assets with Hughes Capital Management, and asset managed a portfolio of office and industrial assets with PacTrust/MeansKnaus.
